	Listings	The number of properties you can list for this package. We built our packages to suit your needs. No matter who you are: a single rental home owner, a landlord with several investment properties, or even a comminity or a property management firm, there's a package that will deliver the best features and value to you.

	Listing Expires	How long your listing will be active on our site.

	Photos	Photos You can upload an unlimited amount of photos.

	Latest Listing Bulletin	Latest listings bulletin appears on the bottom of each page and shows photo, price, city and property type. You will see your property appearing on the 1st page right after you submitted the listing.

	Google Maps	We use Google Maps to display all our properties as well as other related areas. This allows visitors to visualize one of the most crucial factors for finding a place to live - Location!.

	Individual Marketing	Each property receives a distinctive web link that includes the city and property type. The link will be picked up by search engines and the traffic will be directed not to our homepage, but directly to your individual page.

	My Favorites	Users have the ability to select the properties they like by adding them to "My Favorites". They can afterwards go back and compare their choices for the best fit.

	Send to Friend	Viral feature that allows users to spread the word. If a person browsing our site also has friends or people they know who are looking for a place as well and they come across a property that they really like, they have a choice to email their friend directly from that page.

	E-mail new listings	Our visitors may subscribe for the "New Listings" E-mail notifications. Users can specify search criteria and once a new property with matching criteria is listed on the site, that user will get an e-mail notification inviting them to see the property. This allows you to reach people who may be searching for something you have to offer but they came to the site before you had listed your property.

	One-time posting to Craigslist	We will list your property on Craigslist. We don't guarantee how long your property will stay listed on Craigslist as it is a third-party site. Typical listings on Craigslist expires in 45 days, but they have the right to remove any listing if there is a slight incompliance with their terms and conditions. We do not modify your ad in anyway and it will be posted on Craigslist the way it was entered on FT2.

	Syndication to Classifieds Aggregators (like Google Base, Oodle, Vast, HotPads and others)	We will list your property on dozens of rental related classifieds. We post your ad on: Oodle sites - Oodle has hundreds of sites featuring classifieds in different categories Hotpads - a popular Real Estate classified aggregator with 100s of thousands unique visitors Vast - another popular classifieds site Google Base - adds your property to Real Estate Search on Google When you post your listing on our site it is automatically posted on thousands of others.

	Renters Application	Make Renters Applications available online for all prospective tenants. You have an option to use the default Renters Application or upload your own. We recommend uploading your Renters Application in Adobe Acrobat (PDF) format so that it can be viewed / printed out by the majority of users.

	Statistical Reports	Track the effectiveness of your listing. The best way to see how effective your listing is by checking statistical reports, which will show you how many people viewed your listing, attempted to contact you, added your listing to their favorites, viewed photos, or even forwarded a link of your listing to their friends.

	Listing Renewal	We post the newest listings on top. Automatic listing renewal will make your listing recent again. This feature is available starting from the "plus" package. Renewal frequency also depends on the package. Renewing your listings has an additional benefit of resubmitting your properties of other web sites (see Syndication below).

	Flyers for print	Compliment your online ads with printed flyers. Your listing page is "printer-friendly" so that you can print it out and post on local bulletin posts, leave at coffee shops, etc.

	Floor Plans	Floorplans become essential in multi-unit buildings. You may add unlimited floor plans to your listings.

	Featured Listings Included	Featured listings are more prominently displayed and tend to get more exposure than regular listings. You can pick which one of your listings will be featured. Featured listings are shown on top of matching search results page as well as are flagged/marked as featured property on the map.

	Targeted PPC Ads	Sponsored Advertising on Google, Yahoo and MSN. We will buy a certain number (depending on the bidding keywords) of guaranteed clicks to your property from the leading search engines.
