What do I need before I start listing?

We recommend that you have photos of your property ready before you post your listing.

Can I change the property details?

Yes. Log in as registered user and you'll be able to change anything in your listing. Your password was sent to you by e-mail when you created your account. If you can’t find that e-mail, click on "Forgot Your Password?" link.

Why should I pick Automatic Resubmission?

Search results and latest listings at the bottom of each page display rentals by the date the property was listed. Therefore your chances of getting maximum exposure go up significantly if your property is added to the recent listings on a daily basis. The automatic daily resubmission option is available in 1, 2, 3 and 4 week packages. The bigger increment you buy, the greater discount you receive.

Why should I pick the featured listing option?

Featured listings are shown on top of the search results when someone searches the site, thus giving your listing maximum exposure.

Do I need to do anything after I found a tenant?

In order to stop receiving inquiries from our site, you'll need to login and delete the listing. If your property was listed on ft2.com for one full month, you will receive an e-mail notification with the option to reactivate your listing for free. If you do not reactivate, the listing will be deleted automatically.

How do I search for rental listings?

For each type of rentals we have simple and advanced search options. You can search by city or zip and then narrow down your results by modifying other search criteria.

How do I modify my rental search criteria?

On top of the rental search results you will find a link that allows you to narrow down or expand your search criteria.

How do I contact the rental property owner?

Each property has a "Contact the Owner" link. Sometimes property owners will choose not to display their phone number, in which case you can submit a contact form by e-mail.

We understand that finding your new place to live is as much an emotional choice as it is a rational one. For that we have enabled several property "life styles" that will allow you to relate to the look and feel of the place. Your feedback is important to us. How recent are the latest listings?

Latest listings feature recently added properties. Typically you will see today’s newest posts on the front page.

What should I do if I don’t find the property that matches my criteria?

You will find the link “E-mail me new listings matching my search” on the top and bottom of each search results page. Simply leave your name and e-mail and we will notify you as soon as someone posts a property that matches your criteria.

Where do I get my Cash Back?

Cash back will be paid to you by the property owner once you sign the lease.

How to use My Favorites?

Each property has an "Add to Favorites" link. Add the properties that you like to your favorites lists to you can keep track of them, as well as compare their features all in one place. You will need to have cookies enabled in your browser in order to use the "My Favorites" feature.
